On May 25, 2018, the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data came into force. Its major challenges are to standardize personal data protection regulations at European level, make companies more accountable for the processing of personal data and strengthen people's rights. In this context, JASMINE CONSEIL has drawn up this charter of best practices for the use of personal data in order to present the obligations arising from the Regulation, as well as the practices to be respected in order to comply with the legislation and regulations in force.
