We are looking for a talented, analytical and energetic Project Manager to join our team in france The position involves significant responsibility with professional challenges and excellent prospects for personal growth and development. The new team members will be based in France and will help support Jasmine conseil’s international activities and growth.

Typical qualifications of our project manager
- 5+ years’ professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or similar customer advisory work (qualification required)
- Experience in managing and supervising teams
- A passion for social impact and equity, usually demonstrated by a strong interest in and/or previous exposure to global or local impact issues
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Experience of stakeholder and customer management in complex contexts and with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both in writing and orally
- Ability to work and lead a team in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Experience of living and working in different communities
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead project teams in disaggregating problems and providing solutions to resolve them
- Develop innovative strategies and solutions for our customers
- Manage workflows and provide guidance
- Coach, manage and support junior team members
- Supervise the quality of customer deliverables
